The new Development Education and Awareness Raising call for proposal is going to be published soon by Devco. Guidelines and deadlines are expected before the end of the month.
The new requirements of the Commission concerning the DEAR call are asking Applicants to propose projects involving at least 10 countries of the EU 27. This will be a great challenge for european NGOs that are called to improve their capacities in networking with many organisations in different countries.
