Administrative and Financial Expert – “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs)” project

In close coordination and, in any case, under the supervision of the relative Project Manager and/or Director and Deputy Director of the Office, the candidate will be called to:
• Take care for the administrative and accounting management of the Project;
• Prepare and process the administrative documents necessary for the proper management of the Project;
• Collaborate in the preliminary disposition and drafting of agreements and contracts within the scope of the Project;
• Prepare and arrange the payment deeds within the scope of the Project;
• Liaise with the pertinent banking institutions;
• Cooperate in the performance of tax and social security obligations;
• Collaborate in the proper administration and management of the funds of the Project;
• Ensure the correct and timely accounting update of the Project, timely updating, with the necessary entries, AICS’s accounting software;
• Prepare interim and final financial reports;
• Collaborate, within his/her sectoral competence, in the drafting of technical Project documents (plans, operations, variants, financing proposals, etc.);
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents for the provision of goods, works and services;
• Monitor financial plans and verify interim and final statements, prepared by the Project partners;
• Collaborate in the preparation of the budget, the Office’s budget and any other accounting document required by AICS regulations;
• Collaborate in the proper management of goods purchased under the Project by providing assistance in the donation processes;
• Periodically visit the areas of intervention to carry out monitoring activities and/or to acquire information and elements useful for carrying out the activities of competence;
• Prepare information and/or dissemination materials related to the activities of competence;
• Carry out inspections, measurements, surveys and verifications also with reference to the execution of contracts for the supply of goods and services stipulated by the Office;
• Assist and ensure coordination with the competent offices of the Administrative Deputy Director (VDA) of AICS Rome;
• Attend meetings, gatherings, other initiatives however related and/or inherent to the Project;
• Perform any other activity demanded in relation to the qualification that are deemed necessary by the Manager or the Director and Deputy Director of the Office.
