About the Position
The E4Impact Foundation is expanding its dynamic team of international consultants, trainers, and professors to empower the entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa. We are actively seeking Expatriate Professionals to join our network in countries where the E4Impact Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship is offered, including Cameroon, Congo DRC, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tchad, Tunisia, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
Our goal is to provide entrepreneurs enrolled in our MBA programs with robust support from a blend of academic and industry experts well-versed in MBA subjects such as strategy and finance. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the local entrepreneurial landscape and possess significant sector-specific experience to connect our entrepreneurs with strong local investor networks.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, leadership, or startup mentorship.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Strategy: Including lead generation, value proposition development, business plan formalization, market positioning, and business model innovation.
- Financing: Expertise in fundraising, company valuation, financial strategy for growth, and financial planning.
- Sales and Marketing: Skills in developing marketing strategies, sales management, market analysis, digital prospecting, and personal branding.
- Current expatriate status with residency in one of the African nations where our MBA is active.
- An advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Business French (C1) and/or English (C1).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the African Entrepreneurial Ecosystem is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Business Model Canvas to assist entrepreneurs in designing and validating their business models.
- Provide in-depth guidance on the 11 components of the Business Model Canvas Plus (BMC+).
- Support entrepreneurs in financial planning and analysis using key financial statements.
- Enhance entrepreneurs’ abilities to evaluate their financial health and effectively communicate their financial narratives.

About E4Impact foundation
E4Impact is a social change organization that supports the start-up and growth of new businesses in Africa through MBAs, Entrepreneurship programs, business accelerators and economic development projects. It was launched in 2010 as initiative of ALTIS – Graduate School of Business and Society of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. In 2015 it became a Foundation with the support of prominent Italian companies and organizations.
The foundation operates in 20 African Countries and has trained over 12.000 entrepreneurs along the years.
