Civil Society and Indigenous Peoples Mechanism (CSIPM) of the UN Committee on World Food Security (CFS)
The Civil Society and Indigenous Peoples Mechanism (CSIPM) of the UN Committee on World Food Security (CFS) is looking for a Finance and Administrative Officer (working hours 60%) and a Logistical Officer (working hours 40%) based in Rome and with the possibility of working remotely.
The finance and administrative officer will maintain a coordinated overview and control of CSIPM funding needs, income and expenditure, prepare funding projects and reports. She/he will work in liaison with the NGO that administers funds on behalf of the CSIPM and with the FAO partnership office.

The logistical officer will support the CSIPM with the organizations of in-person meetings and facilitate the participation of civil society and Indigenous Peoples organizations to CFS/CSIPM meetings. The role of the Logistical Officer is done in direct collaboration with the Finance and Administrative Officer.

Deadline for submissions is 12 of May 2024. English is one of the main requirements for the job, together with additional knowledge of Italian. The knowledge of Spanish or French is an asset.
