INTERNATIONAL OPEN PROCEDURE FOR INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

WeWorld-GVC is looking for an Internal Auditor.

The Internal Auditor, under supervision of WeWorld Chairman and in coordination with the Compliance Officer, as may be applicable from time to time, is responsible for reviewing and assessing internal controls and practices, as well as related WeWorld procedures.

The Internal Auditor will evaluate and examine policies and procedures and systems in place, perform tests to assess adequacy and compliance with WeWorld policies and procedures. The purpose of these assessments is to provide the Chairman and the Board of Directors with an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity to add value and improve WeWorld operations.

The Internal Auditor shall perform audits in all locations of the organization, both at the HQ level and in the Countries of operation, depending on the approved audit plan, to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable local laws and regulations, financial reporting regulations and safeguarding of assets. The Internal Auditor is responsible for preparing reports of the results of the audits.

The Invitation to Bid will be available via email and on request from the 8th of May to the 8th of June 2023 to the following email address: it.procure@weworld.it The invitation to Bid contains all the information and documentation required for submitting a proposal.

The deadline for offer submissions is the 8th of June 2023– h 1500 UTC+2 Additional information or clarifications/questions will be published on WeWorld GVC website accordingly to the instructions indicated in the Invitation to Bid.

Eligible bidders must submit the Offer by required deadline and according to the instruction included in the Invitation to Bid. Offers sent after the deadline will not be considered.
