Main objective: Providing people with the opportunity to understand and influence AVSI key decisions
Reporting to: AVSI Lebanon Country Representative and Project Manager
Specific duties:
To draw up a strategic plan to define instruments and procedures;
To draw up a strategy to involve “YOUTH” project beneficiaries at the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation;
To draw up a strategy to involve “EDUCATION” project beneficiaries at the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation;
To involve the most vulnerable groups such as the disabled, the outsiders and the women;
To draw up a pilot project on beneficiaries networking in order to exchange ideas/feedback/experiences in Lebanon;
To collaborate with the M&E Department in developing instruments, in the data collection strategy;
To collaborate with the Communication Department to carry information and to report success stories;
To disseminate the method developed to all AVSI Lebanon projects;
To present the strategy developed during AVSI Regional Meeting.
Essential Requirement:
Degree, preferably in Social Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, International Relations or equivalent;
At least three year working experience in the development/humanitarian field, preferably with similar activities;
Good command of computers and experience with M&E tools;
Good knowledge of English and French languages, knowledge of Arabic is an added value;
